American actor Joshua James Brolin is known for playing the role of  the supervillain Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe — he played the character in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. He received various accolades throughout his career, including an Academy Award nomination and a Critics’ Choice Award. His first notable role was in the 1985 cult classic film The Goonies, where he played Brandon Walsh. Many don’t know that Brolin was at one point considered for Tom Hanson, Johnny Depp’s role in the Jump Street. Of course, Depp eventually got the role, and the rest is history.
