With the right investment planning, the now-54-year-old star bought the property in 1994 with her former husband, David Justice, for only $1.585 million. After living here for a decade and a few improvements and renovations, she managed to sell it more than double the price she paid.
Well, the new owner has nothing to complain about as he/she will surely get his/her money’s worth. Aside from being an A-list property, it boasts three beds and four baths, sprawling over 4,300 square feet of living space. It also comes with a lot of elegant features, like a sweeping staircase, high ceilings, and a vast open floor plan.
